Provide analytical and technical support to the Remittance Processing group. Collaborate with other areas/departments. Provide, recommend, and implement business solutions to aid the business unit in accomplishing its goals. This position is also responsible for analysis and reporting of information in support of the daily operation of the Remittance Operations business processes. The role should possess skills and knowledge to effectively address and resolve issues (individually or in mass) across multiple functional groups including but not limited to Information Technology, Customer Service, Enrollments and Transaction Management, and Billing. Additional skills include interaction with Customer Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory to effectively manage and resolve issues. Additional responsibilities include reporting statistical and quantitative measures, account reconciliation, and various other projects covering all aspects of Remittance Processing.
Demonstrate proficiency on SAP-CCS and external systems to diagnose and correct failures and errors from a customer account or reporting perspective. Distribute specific knowledge of new system functionality/reporting to appropriate user base to improve business processes and ensure accurate interpretation of system functionality and report results
Utilize thorough knowledge of table structure and reporting environments to gather data to report metrics. Develop custom transactions for use in supporting the business. Generate effective reports and manipulate data in reports to provide key metrics to business operations. (using graphs, tables, and text)
Assimilate information from various environments and develop queries or reporting solutions to fulfill business needs. Recognize data anomalies to analyze and trouble shoot to determine cause.
Document and communicate technical data requirements for development of system queries and reports to support ongoing root cause analysis.
Participate in development and implementation of appropriate methods for monitoring, analyzing, and preparing data for management reports and statistics.
Gain cross-functional support and approval for system and process changes from key stakeholders to affect timely and complete implementation.
Perform root cause analysis of existing processes and systems based on business and market procedures to make improvements and increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Solve problems with attention to detail, validate results and ensure accuracy through testing (system and reporting). Coordinates external efforts to ensure upstream dependencies are completed in a timely manner.
Assists in the development of business policies, or develop and implement new processes if appropriate to streamline workflow.
Effectively interface with a wide variety of people both internally and externally to ensure delivery of information and analysis that supports business strategy.
Prepare and/or delivers short presentations for updates, findings, presentations, etc
Understand the value of work products and the cost of providing services in order to knowledgeably influence others to accept alternative solutions where appropriate.
Conduct cost studies and/or financial analysis to provide valued information to clients in support of cost related initiatives.
Provide innovative solutions.
Responsible to identify, implement, and carry out mass clean up efforts.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, MIS, or Computer Science is preferred. Other disciplines will be considered, depending on experience.
Valid TDL required.
Knowledge of SAP (R/3,IS-U and BW) is desired.
Knowledge of high-volume EDI transaction processing and management is desired.
Knowledge of statistical analysis (including time-series, sampling, probability, regression, linear programming and forecasting) is desired.

Excellent personal computer skills with in a Windows environment demonstrating advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. (Word, Excel, Access)
Ability to use fundamental math daily (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages).
