Job Description:The Global Mobility Specialist will manage international programs and provide guidance on global mobility policy, best practice and compliance.

  • Oversees immigration programs and assists foreign nationals with immigration procedures.

  • Ensures all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Reviews immigration procedures and legal status of foreign employees.

  • Responsible for compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.

  • Design and maintain process documentation for the global mobility programs.

  • Assist with international assignment, permanent transfer, extended business trips and new hire administration.

  • Handle all immigration, Visa and work authorization issues if they occur, for transfers between offices and countries.

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships.

  • Design program reporting and analytics to capture program activity and impact.

  • Plan details for domestic/international relocations and field questions from employees, and HR Business Partners regarding visa and relocation issues

  • Communicate frequently with HR Business Partners discussing timelines, providing process updates, and setting future expectations

  • Liaise with external immigration counsel to coordinate visa applications, renewals, job changes and relocations

  • Prepare detailed immigration applications and justifications by partnering with HR Business Partners and employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2 to 4 years of program management and/or administering a corporate immigration program

  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory trends and requirements in FLSA requirements, and mobility regulations

  • H2-B Visa experience
