Summary:

Responsible for Field Operations financial analysis, reporting, planning, and modeling.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day finance support and P&L ownership for the Field Operations business unit

• Annual budgets and ongoing forecasts in FPR, Adaptive, and Microsoft Excel

• Variance analysis and PowerPoint presentations to leadership

• Report creation, Excel modeling on trends, business performance, risks, and opportunities

• Ad hoc analytics and strategic projects to support key initiatives

• Month-end close processes including accruals, classes, and other journal entries

• Review and approval of hiring and purchase order requisitions

• Build, maintain, and leverage relationships with various business partners

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

• Experience with reporting, planning, and analysis software tools (FPR, HFM, Adaptive, SAP, or Tableau)

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends in financial data and develop creative solutions to address negative trends

• Ability to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information

• Diverse thinking, ability to work with ambiguity, create ad hoc analysis, and manage multiple priorities

• Drive to improve and/or automate processes, with the desire to learn, improve, and progress professionally

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior management

• Strong understanding of Accounting principles

Required Education/Experience:

• The role is onsite in Lehi, UT 3-5 days a week and can be remote on other days

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, or other related fields

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, or Information systems) required

• Master of Business Administration or relevant graduate degree preferred

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
