The Assistant Manager is responsible for training and development of the sales team. Responsibilities also include monitoring for quality, maintaining performance metrics, creating and tracking team incentives, managing leads and overall workforce management. This position will work closely with the installation team to maximize close rates by maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability. The candidate will resolve escalated customer issues and complaints regarding sales and installation.
Provides on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Records agent and team statistics, and prepare reports for management.
Provides hands-on team leadership and subject matter expertise in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
Supports inbound and outbound lead management.
Develops and conducts new hire training.
Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet or exceed presentation standards.
Provides quality customer service.
Effective handles customer escalations.
Assists with the identification of training gaps and needs of team members.
Supports and backs up Channel Marketing Sales Manager.
Develops and delivers performance evaluations to team members.
Identifies opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
Analyzes both individual and team performance daily to manage overall sales and service levels.
Reviews agent calls for efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
Fast paced open office environment.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years successful security sales experience.
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
